About Project:

This project involved designing and developing AI/ML-driven backend solutions for the SISCore DTSS ERP System, transforming traditional ERP workflows into intelligent, analytics-driven enterprise systems. The work focused on building scalable REST APIs, machine learning pipelines, NLP/OCR automation, and predictive analytics capabilities that integrated directly with core ERP modules like Sales & Accounting, Purchases, and Inventory Management.

Key Technical Works:

  • Developed scalable REST APIs and backend services for various ERP modules.
  • Implemented machine learning models for sales forecasting, payment prediction, and inventory optimization using XGBoost, Random Forest, and Scikit-learn.
  • Built NLP and OCR pipelines to automate invoice and document processing.
  • Developed semantic search solutions utilizing FAISS vector databases.
  • Containerized machine learning services using Docker and deployed them on Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Implemented CI/CD pipelines and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable AI-ready deployments
  • Designed and managed AI/ML cloud infrastructure utilizing Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services (OCR/Form Recognizer), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Container Registry (ACR), and Azure Blob Storage to enable automated CI/CD delivery and intelligent document processing.
